  • learn practical skills to improve quality of life, even while managing migraine

  • gain an empowered understanding of pain

  • learn evidence-based approaches to support your brain’s natural capacity for neuroplastic healing and pain recovery

What Former Group Members Say:

  • "The PRT group has been the single most impactful step I've taken since developing chronic migraine. I feel less isolated in my experience, very validated, and more confident in my ability to manage this condition.”

    -Eve E.

  • “Kate provides realistic things you can try for your migraine pain. She does a great job of describing what you need to do in a very easy to understand format. The education of how your brain works and why certain pain cycles happen is extremely helpful. As a person that has been told several times that there was nothing else available to try, I was happy to learn that I absolutely had a part in how I dealt with the pain.”

  • “The careful way Kate worded, structured and reframed these concepts felt very accessible and authentic. It left me leaning into feelings of possibility and belonging rather than anxiety or hopelessness like other PRT resources have historically.”

  • "Migraine is so lonely and isolating. It's wonderful to have new friends who get it and can walk this path with me. Moving forward, I feel like we can really be resources and strength for the journey for each other.”

  • "Our time together as a group was extremely special - a bond was formed between us that I know will continue long after our group time is over!"

  • "Heading into this I wasn't sure what to expect from group therapy and I was very apprehensive. Kate, from the start, cultivated a safe space where our shared, lived experiences created a bond between group members and allowed us to share our distinct challenges in a supported way. Being a part of this group has had a positive impact on my quality of life.”

    -Amanda M.

  • "Kate is amazing, and the group is amazing. Excellent group sessions! I learnt so much about others experiences, and also so many tools from Kate on somatic training. 10/10 would recommend!!”
