I understand that pain exists as both a physical and psychological experience, and true healing addresses both dimensions. I combine evidence-based approaches from Psychophysiologic theory and Pain Reprocessing Therapy to be your partner in creating a plan for recovery.
My therapeutic approach combines cutting-edge pain science education with compassionate, trauma-informed care. We have evidence that understanding how pain and the brain work together can be transformative in recovery. Through pain reprocessing therapy, I help clients reshape their relationship with symptoms, reducing the fear and anxiety that often intensify pain experiences.
I create a safe therapeutic environment where clients can explore the deeper connections between their lived experiences and physical symptoms. Drawing from both trauma therapy and somatic training, I can help you rebuild your sense of bodily safety and rediscover your capacity for rest and relaxation. Together, we work toward not just managing symptoms, but reclaiming the fullness of life.

Pursuing therapy is a vulnerable and brave thing to do! I want you to know that I am prepared for that experience, and make it a priority to learn more about what comfort and safety could look like together. For some people, letting me know that they’re scared or anxious at the beginning can be really relieving for them! You are so welcome to show up with whatever feelings you’re having, and I can hold that with you.

My fee for 50-minute therapy sessions is $175.
I am not in network with insurance; however, I can provide you with a superbill, as many insurance companies provide some level of reimbursement for out-of-network providers.
I also accept HSA card payment. I have a limited number of reduced fee spots, which as of 2/10/25, are full.

Once you reach out, we will schedule a free 20 minute consultation call. This gives us a chance to talk about what you’re looking for, and for you to ask me any questions you have. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll begin with intake paperwork and schedule a first session!
